Road RageHow many times has it happened to you, maybe on the same car ride.  The person driving an inch off your bumper only to swerve in front of you and slow down to a crawl.  A car pulls into your lane, cutting you off, without even so much as a glance into their mirrors or a flick of the turn signal arm.  The multi-tasker swerving down the road listening to their cell phone, punching their blackberry and eating his breakfast simultaneously.

What used to be the exception is now the norm and incidences of road rage have become all too common.  An interesting survey was recently commissioned by AutoVantage, a national autoclub.  The "In the Driver's Seat Road Rage Survey" found that the least courteous city in the country is Miami while the most courteous drivers are found in Pittsburg.  See if your city made the list:

Is Hillary running for 2012 PDF Print E-mail

Conspiracy theories are difficult to advocate.  Whether it's the grassy knoll, the lunar landing or little green men at Roswell, the tendency to rely on Ockham's razor prevails: "All other things being equal, the simplest solution is the best".  In order for any of these massive conspiracy theories to actually have happened, the immense amount of people and level of complexity involved is staggering.

However, with both Hillary and Barack still engaged in mortal combat, it leaves one to question why this contest continues and perhaps a sweeping conspiracy does exist or perhaps a simpler answer is available.  In recent days the momentum has shifted even more in favor of Barack Obama obtaining the Democratic nomination for President.

Here we are almost 8 years later and Florida gets to bask in the sun of controversy again.  No it's not hanging chads this time around but displaced delegates and voters.  In the wake of Florida and Michigan being stripped of their delegates, another very important statistic is now being manipulated by the spin masters: the popular vote.

According to Hillary, she now has the lead in the popular vote.  But wait, Barack counters that he is really ahead.  Hmmm, how can both Barack and Hillary have the most votes?  Suppose it's possible if they are tied, but we know that isn't the case.  Enter Florida and Michigan to stir the pot.

If the Florida and Michigan voters are counted, Hillary is ahead by roughly 100,000 votes.  So, looks like Hillary is ahead.  Nope, not according Barack since Florida and Michigan were stripped of their delegates and candidates agreed not to campaign in those states.  If Florida and Michigan's votes aren't considered, Barack is ahead of Hillary by 500,000 votes in round numbers.  So they're both ahead depending on your perspective on Florida and Michigan.

Please understand, setting personal opinions aside, the Democratic Primary race makes politics exciting again.  After this latest primary, you don't even have to open a newspaper or delve deeply into most websites before being inundated with articles about Barack and Hillary.  The articles range from simply reporting on the "news" to analysts dissecting the minutia of the results by every demographic conceivable.  One point that all of these articles from the supposedly impartial press seem to agree on was that Hillary beat Barack by 10 points.  Just to make my case, here are just a couple quotes:
